Browsing through my photo albums I came across this photo which was taken during one of our visits to Leeds Castle in August 2009. I remember seeing the bee flying around the flower and quickly got the camera out hoping to catch the moment, it was over in a second but I managed to snap a pretty decent photo.

I miss summer…

Sunny branches

This photo of one of the trees in my back garden was taken during sunset at around 4pm. I loved the way the sunlight reflected on the branches giving them a peachy kind of colour while making the snow look like cotton wool and the sky in background look even more blue. The tree is a very big one and the light was reflecting just on the top branches, although all you see is just branches on the photo I thought it was still quite an interesting sight.

A Butterfly

I was walking around the White Cliffs of Dover when I noticed this small chalkhill blue butterfly. These are commonly found in chalk grassland and what a better place than the White Cliffs of Dover!
