This photo was taken back in 2007 during our visit to Attica Zoological Park in Athens, Greece.  I was looking through my photo albums and this little friend reminded me of the marmot in BBC’s Walk of the Wild Side (for those who may not know about it, search for “Alan, Alan” in YouTube, it’s funny!).  I know this is a prairie dog but it could easily replace the marmot on the BBC’s show

Attica Zoological Park was without a doubt one of the best zoos I have ever visited, highly recommended if you are in Athens.
